Our Mission

We were founded to close a gap we saw repeatedly: firms that could issue a legal opinion but could not help implement it, and consultancies that could redesign a process but could not account for the regulatory exposure it created. Counsel Capital Group exists to give clients both grounded and operational advice that holds up to legal and regulatory scrutiny.
Our work spans three core disciplines. In business consultation, we advise leadership and boards on governance structure, operating models, and the strategic decisions where commercial and legal risk are inseparable. In legal operations, we help corporate legal departments and outside counsel run more efficiently - matter management, budgeting, vendor and technology strategy, and workflow design.
